Olivet Care is pleased to welcome relatives and friends back visiting our residents, this time face to face!
Visits continue to be made on a booking system to enable us to manage density limits in common areas and throughout the home. All visitors must continue to practice the 1.5 metre social distance rule.
However, we are mindful that the COVID-19 pandemic is not over, and we still have the responsibility to keep our residents, visitors, and staff safe from future outbreaks.
This involves checking all visitor’s temperature and asking a series of COVID related questions at reception before the visit commences.
All visitors must wear the single-use blue fitted face mask which we will provide (unless an exception applies) and we ask visitors not to enter Olivet if feeling unwell with any respiratory or gastro symptoms.
Please contact our friendly reception staff to make a booking with visitors welcome from 10am – 3.30pm Monday to Saturday.
On entering Olivet, you will be greeted by our Concierge staff who can quickly assisting you to ‘sign in ‘and complete the COVID screening process prior to the visit.
We are asking for everyone’s cooperation and participation in this process to help Olivet keep our residents and broader community safe.
