Our Annual Satisfaction Survey for Residents has recently been launched. This survey allows Residents and their families to give us honest opinions on what’s going well (and not so well) and helps decide where time and energy is best spent and to assist in planning for the future.
The information from all the surveys is reviewed by management and people responsible for the facility. The information is used to make changes to the policies, procedures and practices of the home. The survey results are available to all residents and staff.
