An important feature of living at Olivet is the fellowship, which is shared between the large number of Brethren and Sisters living together. This fellowship is encouraged and nurtured by the Ringwood ecclesia who meet at the Community Centre and also through theirs and other ecclesias support for the meetings held at Olivet. These include memorial meetings, bible classes and the daily readings held at Olivet in the newly built Acacia Hall. Between 40 – 50 Brethren and Sisters attend the memorial meeting every week where residents and visitors meet in quiet and comfortable surroundings.

Another important feature of living together fraternally at Olivet is the care and service provided by our staff where Christadelphian values are respected and understood. The pleasant familiarity of caring for our own elderly makes Olivet a special place.

Support is also shown through the annual Spring Fair which is an annual event sponsored and supported by many of the Melbourne ecclesias to raise funds for Olivet and is held within our grounds using the Community Centre, Acacia Hall and garden areas. The Fair offers an opportunity for Brethren and Sisters to meet with others in a fraternal way as well as provide financial support; $8,000 being raised last year.
