What are Independent Living Units (ILU’s)

ILU’s comprise one or two bedroom units, with kitchen, laundry, lounge room and 1-2 car garage / carports. This type of accommodation is suited to those who are fully independent and are designed for residents who are able to care for themselves independently in a domestic environment, and at the same time, appreciate the company of others in a like position without the responsibility of maintaining the building or large garden.

Meals and other care services can be provided at a separate small cost.

Entry Requirements

Application for leasing or Licencing of these units is available to members of the Christadelphian Welfare Association (Vic) Inc. or other Australian Christadelphian Welfare Affiliates.

ILU’s at Olivet

There are 51 ILU’s situated at Olivet, providing a mixture of rental / License to Occupy options. Our units are all modern self contained homes and situated amongst beautiful garden settings. The Units in Cedar Village range between

110 – 140 sqm with front and back private garden areas and internal garage access. The ILU’s are usually in high demand and a waiting list exists, particularly for the units for rental.
