Corporate Structure
Olivet is owned and operated by the Christadelphian Welfare Association (Vic) Inc. and has been providing services for the aged since 1962.
The Association is guided by a Constitution, comprising a set of rules containing Christian principles set up and approved by the Association Members.
The Board of Management consists of nine Christadelphian members who bring a diverse background of commercial, property and medical experience. The Board are elected from Victorian Ecclesia’s and meet monthly to govern the organization, ensuring Olivet’s purpose and strategic direction remains in synergy with its core values.
The Association is a not-for-profit organisation and a registered Australian charity.
Operational surpluses generated from the Association’s operations remain within the organisation and are reinvested back into the provision of our facilities and care services to our residents and care recipients.
The Association maintains compliance with all State and Federal Aged Care and Workplace legislation.
